By booking a service with Lisa J. Beauty, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Prices are subject to change but will be honored once your deposit is paid.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Deposits are transferable if rescheduling is done within 30 days of the original appointment.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Client Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who:

• Arrives intoxicated or behaves inappropriately
• Shows signs of contagious conditions
• Disrespects our policies, space, or team

4. Results Disclaimer
While we strive to meet your expectations, results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to pre/post-care instructions.

5. Liability
Lisa J. Beauty is not liable for:

• Reactions due to undisclosed allergies or conditions
• Late arrivals (may result in shortened service or cancellation)

6. Media Release
With your consent, Lisa J. Beauty may use photos or videos of your service for marketing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos and images, belongs to Lisa J. Beauty and may not be reused without permission.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
